The 3rd Line NOLA, consulting firm was established, in May 2024, in District E-New Orleans East, as a solution to combat inequities within disadvantaged communities around the areas of voter education & engagement, innovative workforce development, economic, community, climate, and educational innovative opportunities with the New Orleans 2nd Line cultural framework.
